Pasta Putanesca:

Like the ladies of the night that it was named for, this spicy dish is aromatic and flavorful.  Olives, capers, anchovies, tomatoes and garlic are tossed with al dente pasta for a true Italian feast.

Pulled Pork Sliders:

Slow cooked pulled pork tossed in our own Carolina BBQ sauce and served with slaw on a soft roll.

 

Fish Wellington:

Whole salmon with fresh spinach and onions mildly seasoned and baked in

phyllo dough.

 

 

Spring Vegetable Pasta:

Al dente pasta and grilled fresh vegetables tossed in a light pesto-Chardonnay sauce.

Spiced Beef Scoops:

Mini tortillas with a mildly spiced filling. 

 

 

 

 

Chadwick's Classic Bruschetta Bar:

An assortment of fresh and toasted crostini served with a traditional tomato bruschetta, grilled vegetable bruschetta and roasted red pepper hummus.

 

 

Chicken Tikka Masala with Mashed Potatoes:

Marinated chicken baked in a clay oven and topped with a mildly spicy cream based sauce and served over a fluffy cloud of mashed potatoes.
